Your Message: To the family of Alan, I offer my condolences,So sorry for your loss.I watched the service on live stream. What a great guy. Knowing him at high school how mischievous he was & then to see him to go on in life to have a great job that he loved. And to do so well. To see that he had a great marriage & 2 beautiful boys. I remember his mum & dad, Leonie, Annette, Susan & John & I send my love to you all at this sad time. RIP Alan who has gone too soon. Regards Christine XX
Your Message: Alan was a great man and one of the nicest persons I have ever met. As an owner I was always welcome to Alan & Sharyns home and a frequent visitor to the stables. I recall going (in the float) to Scone with Alan & Sam (the strapper) to watch our horse (What Could Be) run at the Scone Cup meeting. We ran 2nd but Alan & I celebrated like we had won. Luckily Sam could drove so she drove the float home while Alan & I had couple of 6 pack stops on the way back to the stables.
Some great memories & lots of stories…
RIP Alan a great man !!!
Your Message: Groovy – we only met you recently but you left a great impression on us with your love of Sharon and family. Your son Mathew is now our son-in-law and we couldn’t be happier that our Libby has found the love of HER life. You will be missed by all who knew you. We wish we could have had more time to get to know you better. Thanks for riding a few winners for me in my punting days.
You were a great jockey and trainer but more importantly you set the standard for your children and grandchild. Rest peacefully.
Your Message: Thank you for being my dads best mate and being there for absolutely anyone when they needed you, you truly were an amazing guy and will be dearly missed. Beers and Bets for you today♥️🍻
